Description

Furnish required professional design services to replace Air Handling Units, Buidlings 1 & 2 (b), 63 (G) and installation of new air handlers. Design includes demolition, replacement, insulation (as required), mechanical and eletrical connections. All in accordance with the project "Scope of Work". Additional services to include preliminary site investigation work, planning visits/design consultations, preparation of construction drawings/specifications, cost estimate and appropriate construction period service Selection of firm will be based upon recent specialized experience, professional qualifications of staff and/or consultants assigned the project. Area of consideration is restricted to a 100-mile radius from the City of Biloxi, MS. Estimated construction cost range $500,000 and $1,000,000. Interested fiorms are required to submit for consideration appropriate data as described in CBD numbered Note 24 not later than 3:30PM Central Time on December 12, 2001. This is an unrestricted acquisition subject to availability of funds: both large and small qualified business firms are encouraged to respond. The North American Industry Classification System Size Standard Code is 541310, Architectural Services, $4.0 million dollars.
