Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to award an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract with cost plus fixed pricing to Physical Sciences, Inc. (PSI) at 20 New England Business Center, Andover, MA 01810-1077. The procurement will be conducted using other than full and open competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The contract will provide for the analysis, development and refinement of an efficient short pulse diode-pumped, all solid state dye laser. The contract is a continuation of work conducted under contract N66001-00-D-6002, which was awarded to PSI using full and open competition. The anticipated period of performance includes a base effort of two years and three one year options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
