Description

The US Army CECOM -- Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Piper Pacific International, Alexandria, VA for the purchase of: (a) two (2) each 900D077020-1: IHI Aerospace 2.6 kW micro gas turbine generator sets rates at 110 VAC, 1-phas e, 60 Hz, 2.6 kW; (b) two (2) each 900C361216-10: Battery Charger; (c) two (2) sets of technical manuals (one for each set) that included description of operation, service, troubleshooting and parts list; (d) two (2) each 545C241002-1: Booster Cable; (e) t wo (2) each 900C089103-10: Fuel Coupler; (f) sixteen (16) each 900C363301-10: Air Filter; (g) ten (10) each 900C363135-101: Fuel Filter; (h) two (2) each 900C981000-10: Turbine Oil; (i) two each 900D361004-1: Battery; and, (j) a 30 day warranty that covers operational function upon receipt of the generator sets, not to cover operational abuse or damage caused by excessive shock loading sustained during transport. The delivery date is 30 days from date of award. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisitio n Procedures. RFQ DAAB15-02-Q-0142 will be available on or about 7 December. In the event that other sources are deemed acceptable, technical and price will be considered in determining the awardee.
