PRON: AX149377AX, NSN: 5340-01-088-3296, PN: 70104-08223-041, Quantity: 624 each min/1872 each max, this will be a three year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity requirement each, applicable to the BLACKHAWK. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Te xarkana, TX, Tracy, CA, and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 312 each 420 DACA and 312 each per month thereafter, first article test report due 268 DACA. Required delivery without first article test is 312 each 280 DACA and 312 each month thereafter until completion. This is 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close pr ior to the closing dated stated above. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the require d item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Adequate technical data is available for this acquisition. This acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation w ill not be honored.
