Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Urgency requirements will be utilized in the solicitation process. This announcement constitutes the only soliciation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation DAHA21-99-T-0017. The solicitation document and incorporated prov isions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-01, Part 12. FAR Clauses 52.252-1, 52.252-2, 52.212.1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.214-21, 52.217-5, 52.217-8, 52.217-9 and 52.232-33 apply. DFARS Clause 252.. 212-7001 applies. This procurement is unrestricted regarding business size. The associated Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3691. Quotes must be received NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM CST on 6 December 2001 at the USPFO for Minnesota, Procurement Divi sion, 15000 Highway 115, Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN 56345-4173. This requirement is for the lease of a 5,000 Gallon Refueler that can pump 300 Gallons Per Minute. The refueler will be used to fuel our aircraft.
