Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to construct new, handicapped-accessible toilet rooms at U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City, Traverse City, MI. Work includes the following: Demolish existing toilet room interior partitions, fixtures, and finishes as indicated. Rework existing final electrical and mechanical systems. Demolish portions of the existing concrete floor slabs. Re-work under floor plumbing. Replace partial concrete slabs, construct new metal stud framed partitions, and install new doors frames and hardware. Install new final mechanical electrical items and fixtures. Install new floor, wall and ceiling finishes, and accessories. Period of performance is estimated to be 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235510 (formerly SIC Code 1751). This procurement is open to large and small businesses in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. This procurement is estimated between $25K and $100K.
