Description

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Socio-Economic Training Program which was posted on November 5, 2001. You are notified that the following changes are made: The synopsis should have read "Award of this procurement will be made using FAR Part 12, Commerical Items." The due date for capabilities is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office 97 format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
