Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to maintain all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems at the Naval & Marine Corps Reserve Center, Toledo, OH. The work includes seasonal start-up and shutdowns, preventative and minor corrective maintenance, water treatment, inspections, testing, calibration and adjustments of all controls, cleaning preserving all areas affected with corrosion or rust, as well as other general upkeep operations required to maintain the heating equipment in proper operation in accordance with the standards in the specification package.
