Description

Anticipated Issue Date: 11/13//2001. The Defense Commissary Agency has a requirement for linen and mat rental/cleaning service at the Fitzsimmons AMC Commissary, Colorado. The items to be acquired under this request for quotation include butcher coats, white shirts, white pants, white bib aprons and mats. Quantities of each will be identified in the request for quotation. The contractor shall be required to provide the items in a variety of sizes. The contractor shall be required to pick up from the commissary a minimum of once each week all soiled garments/mats and drop offi clean replacement garments/mats at that time. The period of performance will be March 1, 2002 through February 28, 2003, and includes 4 one year option periods. The NAICS code is 812331 and the business size standard is $10.5 million. This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. All requests for a copy of the requestion for quotation document must contain the requestor's name, address, phone number, fax number, Request for Quotation number, and must include business size. Requests must be in writing and be addressed to Defense Commissary Agency, ATTN CICST Pamela Croll, 1300 E Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia 23801-1800. Facsimile request and quotations will be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
