Description

DARPA intends to award a sole source purchase order to Emergent Information Technologies, Inc. Emergent will provide program management assistance and technical assessments and studies in support of the DARPA Special Projects Office MicroElectroMechanical System (MEMS) programs. The duration of this effort is anticipated to be one month and the projected cost is $24,764. Emergent has been supporting this effort for the past year. Due to the short duration of this effort, only a sole source award to Emergent will provide the continued support the program office requires. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Contractors capable of offering their service must respond within 15 days of the date of this notice by submitting specific technical capability to provide this service. All responses received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
