This requirement is for contractor operated, depot level repair/rebuild of AMCOM managed HELLFIRE TEST SET, GUIDED MISSILE SYSTEM (TSGMS), AN/TSM-205 ASSEMBLIES AND SUBASSEMBLIES. The proposed contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Multiple Year, Requ irements Type Contractual Arrangement. The basic contractual effort will encompass items that become unserviceable beginning FY02 to FY03. This repair contract will also have out year requirements, which will encompass items that become unserviceable in F Y02 through FY06. RFP will be issued to Marvin Engineering Company Inc., 260 W. Beach Avenue, Inglewood, CA 90302. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitatio n will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to sol icit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the above listed firm. A technical data package, which defines all engi neering and quality requirements, is not available.
