Description

This is a combined synopsis/RFQ for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The US Marine Corps Base, Camp LeJeune, NC Is in the process of upgrading existing Surveillance Equipment. The government is seeking the following commercial items: All items are manufacture specific :=20 P/N Description Qty =09 XXV/25P Milestone XXV (25 Camera) 3 each, XXV/16P Milestone XXV (16 Camera) 1 each, PS-2440S Four Camera Power Supply 11 each, 92094 Coaxial Cable w/power cables integrated 2000 feet, VCC-4374 Sanyo, HR, 470 HTV 3 each, 13VA3.5-8 Variable Focus Lens 3.5mm-8mm 3 each, Axis 2400 Standalone Internet video server with 10/100=09 BaseT auto sensing, 2-rs-232, 4 video=20 And 1 I/O connectors 11 each, EH3512-2/MT Outdoor Housing & Mount 33 each, CC1400HZ16-2 Pelco 16x variafocal len 30 each, Axis 2100 Standalone video server w/power supply 10 each, Configuration & Implementation Support =09 Note: All materials must ship at once, no partials will be accepted. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing. If quoting FOB Origin, include city/state and estimated shipping cost. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this combined synopsis/RFQ to the responsible contractor whose quotation, conforming to this RFQ, which is the lowest price, and most advantageous to the Government. Offers shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule and satisfactory past performance record. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. Incorporated provisions and clauses are as follows. FAR Provision 52.212-1, applies to this acquisition. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, which may be accessed on the Internet (http:''www.arnet.gov/far/). Additional applicable FAR Clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.222-3, 52.203-6, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-1, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.225-15, 52.232-33, 52.232-34 and GSAM Clause 552.212-71, 552.229-70 apply.
