Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source, fixed price contract to Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission (GSMFC), P.O. Box 726, Ocean Springs, MS 39566, for the purpose of providing funds for the year 2002 as required under Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) number 1448-0004-95-911. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-1, (c)(ii), this requirement has been justified and approved under FAR 6.303 and FAR 6.304. Supplies/Services are available from the original source and substantial duplication of cost to the Government is expected through competition. The reqiured funds are designated for Personnel costs, Office Infrastructure, Telephone, Fax use, Copy Paper, Copy machine expenses, Office machine maintenance, and Auditing services.
