Description

The 42d Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source contract to Mr. Matthew G. McKinzie, Mansfield Road, Silver Spring, MD to deliver a database of targets, including ?strategic strikes, and other airstrikes, attacked in the Kuwaiti Theatre of Operations during the Persian Gulf War. These nonpersonal services will be used towards the completion of the History of Airpower (HAP) Project Gulf War module. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the requested services, they must respond to this notice before 1200 hours (Central Daylight Time) on 21 September 2001. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Mr. Matthew McKinzie will be pursued.
