Description

The Agency for Children and Families, Office of Child Support Enforcement, through the Program Support Center, General Acquisitions Branch intends to award a twelve month Sole Source Simplified Acquisition to Thomas Starnes. The Contractor will provide services as advocacy relations and faith based specialist in the Division of Consumer Service. Also will be involved in activities related related to the access and visitation grants program and the writing of articles and speeches. An award will be made on/or about Oct. 1, 2001, pending availabilty of FY 2002 funds. This is a small business set-aside.
