Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acqui sition procedures to OMNI Technologies, Inc., 7412 Lakeshore Drive, New Orleans, LA 70124, a small business concern, to pr ovide required resources necessary to perform required additional bandwidth utilization analysis on the NAVOCEANO Survey O perations Center System (SOCS)that has been developed and demonstrated by this firm. The basis for this proposed non-competi tive action is that there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements of this Command. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotation s; no competitive solicitation will be issued.
