Description

Block 17 is hereby changed to read as follows: The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for on-site dental assistant services at the Federal Correctional Institution McKean located in Bradford, Pennsylvania. Services will be required for a one-year base period, with a possibility for four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The Government intends to make a single award for this requirement. The estimated quantities for each twelve (12) month period of the contract are as follows: 1040 one-hour sessions. Dental Hygienist must have a High School Diploma and have a certificate of appropriate training for dental hygienist services. A security investigation/clearance is required. The solicitation will be available on or after September 05, 2001, and will be distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available except in extreme circumstances AND only if issuance in this maner is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
