Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Period of performance is 30 day from receipt of order. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This notice is issued as a Request for Quote. (iii) Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. (iv) This RFP is set-aside for small business, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 235990, business size standard is $11,500,000.00. (v) There is one line item in this solicitation and cost is requested for a lump sum price for: Line Item 0001, The contractor shall install Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems IAW Manufactures Installation Instructions. Quote Total ___________. (vi) 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor shall provide supervision, personnel, supplies, equipment, parts, and services necessary to install Little Tikes Commercial Play Systems as follows: (a). 1ea Play Station, Max #2 Linked to Max Play fitness. (b). 32ea Timber, Panels (Kid border 6? Item # 100001236). (c). 2ea End caps Kid Timber. (d). 1ea Play Center for Children (Item #200068992). (e). 15ea Timber Panels Kid Borders 6? (Item # 100001236). (f). 5ea Timber Panel (Kid Border 2? Item # 100001238). (g). 1ea Triple Hoop Game (Item # 100000756). (h). 1ea Shelter, Rectangular 20? x 36?, Laminated Beams, Laminated Columns, Pine Decking with Asphalt Shingles. (i) 8ea Picnic Table 6? long (Item # 238-6NV). (j). 4ea 6? long in-ground mounted bench (Item # 348-6NV). (k). Form and Pour 4? Concrete Slab for a 24? x 40? area to support shelter. 2. CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL: A complete list of contractor personnel shall be forwarded to the Contracting Officer by the contractor prior to the contract start date and be updated within one (1) workday of any personnel changes. The contractor shall designate, in writing to the Contracting Officer a representative who shall be in charge of all service calls and who can be contacted during normal duty hours (0730-1615, Monday through Friday). The contractor must comply with Columbus AFB Fire and Safety Regulations. (vii) Place of performance is Columbus AFB, MS 39710.
