Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to the University of Idaho to conduct egg mass and larval sampling in twelve, 40 acre treatment blocks approximately 8 miles from Potlatch, Idaho, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated date of award is September 27, 2001. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
