The Navy Inventory Control Point (NAVICP) intends to award a sole source contract to SPI Dynamics Inc. 590 Means St. Atlanta, Ga. 30318 for SA-Site License, Enterprise Site License and maintenance for auditing Windows Server, Workstations and Netware Servers under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source is known and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirments. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
