Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-01-T-0562, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is restricted to 100% small business set-aside. This requirement has one line item: Item 0001, IF-To-Tape Converter-Wideband (50 MHz). A list of the required specifications are attached. Delivery is required no later than 120 Days after the order is placed, please submit estimated delivery with your quotation. Quotes must be for FOB Destination and include Net 30 payment terms. Ship to: NAIC/TAPP, 4180 Watson Way, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-5648, Attn: Timothy Barker.
