PRON: AX149319AX; NSN: 8145-01-183-8309; Quantity: 15 each, Part Number: 13083625, Noun: Shipping and Storage, applicable to the TADS/PNVS. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. Deliveries are FOB destination to Orlando, FL 32819-8907. R equired delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 15 each 225 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 15 each 150 DACA. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470. This information cannot be released outs ide the United States without prior approval of the Government.
