Description

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission intends to place an order for the renewal of SAS software licenses for the following software products for the period October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002: PC/SAS BASE, WINDOWS; PC SAS/FSP, WINDOWS; PC SAS/GRAPH, WINDOWS; PC SAS/ETS, WINDOWS; PC SAS/IML, WINDOWS; PC SAS/AF, WINDOWS; PC SAS/STAT, WINDOWS ; PC SAS/BASE, WINDOWS NT; PC SAS/CONNECT, WINDOWS NT; PC SAS/INSIGHT, WINDOWS NT, PC SAS/ACCESS WINDOWS. Vendors who can furnish this requirement must submit written responses, including pricing, within 15 calendar days after issuance of this synopsis. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the contracting officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation. No solicitation document is available. No telephone responses will be accepted.
