Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: *(2 each) Bullard MX Thermal Imager Camera with Microbolometer Technology -- Handheld including transmitter and receiver. A product familiarization class will be made available through the manufacturers authorized distributor. Each unit must ship with a training video covering product use and application and an orientation CD. Training will be held in Rockville, Maryland. Delivery of product will be to same location. No substitution of brand for standardization purposes within the Bureau. This procurement is a total Small Business Set-Aside and an award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Subpart 13.5. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote within 5 days after date of publication. Quotes must include price and product literature information, which list specifications.
