Description

This is an amendment to the above solicitation to add the type of fabric, add part number and to extend the closing date to 24 Sep 2001 at the close of business day at 1600(pacific time). The type of fabric is either T-130 sheeting or T-180 sheeting. Provide a quote for each fabric and prior to award, the end user will make a determination on the type of fabric. The manufacturer is Fashion Seal and the part number for the shirt is : CSX6770 and the Part number for the pants: CSX6780. Indicate if your quote is a brand name or equal. The FAR clause 52.211-6, Brand name or equal has been incorporated. To be considered for award, offers of "equal" products, including "equal products" of the brand name manufacturer, must 1) meet the salient physical, functional , or performance characteristics specified in this solicitation; 2) clearly identify the item by: a) brand name, if any and b) make or part number or model number.
