Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation F33601-01-T-0563, is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This is restricted to 100% small business set-aside. This requirement has 5 line items: Item 0001, 10,500 ft MCL-Single-mode Armored Fiber Optic Cable, 8.3/125um (30 Single-mode), Outdoor, Single-mode (1310-1550nm) Max Attn dB/KM 0.4/0.3. Item 0002, 5000 ft MCL-Hybrid Fiber Optic Cable (indoor/outdoor), all dielectric, 72-F Hybrid, 8.3/125um + 62.5/125um (24SM/48MM), Single-mode (1310-1550nm) Max Attn dB/KM 0.4/0.3, Multimode 62.5/125um (850-1300nm) Max Attn dB/KM 3.5/1.0. Item 0003, 4500 ft MCL-Hybrid Fiber Optic Cable (indoor/outdoor), all dielectric, 42-F Hybrid, 8.3/125um Single-mode + 62.5/125um Multimode (18SM/24MM), Single-mode (1310-1550nm) Max Attn dB/KM 0.4/0.3, Multimode (850-1300nm) Max Attn dB/KM 3.5/1.0. Item 0004, 3000 ft MCL-Outdoor Corrugated Inner Duct, 1" with Pull Rope. Item 0005, 7500 ft MCL-2" PE Corrugated Orange w/Pull Rope. Delivery is required no later than 4 weeks after the order is placed, please submit estimated delivery with your quotation. Quotes must be for FOB Destination and include Net 30 payment terms.
