Description

This acquisition will be a sole source for 400Hz Load Bank, Electrical, NSN: 6150-01-486-6937, PN: 836493387, used in support of the PATRIOT 15KW and the 30KW Tactical Quiet Generators,to 400HZ Repair, 3716 Ovilla Road, Ovilla, TX 75154. The contract contemplated will be a requirements type contract for three years with range quantities. Range Quantities are as follows; 0-10, 11-20, 21-30, and 31-40. The government does not possess technical data (drawings or specifications) completely defining the form, fit and function of the item being procured, nor is the form, fit, or function defined by any nationally recognized industry standard or specification. Packaging and Packing will be contractors best commercial packaging, ASTM-D-3951-98. Bar Code Markings are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC39 and MIL-STD-129. The first delivery quantity of five (5) units is by 20 Jan 2002, FOB destination New Cumberland, PA. Subsequent delivery orders shall set forth all requirements. FAR provision 52.212-1, Instructions of Offerors-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The offeror shall complete FAR provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications prior to award.
