THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is W813LR12358001. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small business. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clause s are those in effect through FAC 97-27. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 335312 and the business size is 1000 employees. The requirement consists of the following: CLIN 0001 -- Tektronix AWG520 Arbitrary Waveform Generato r, 1GS, 2CH, Quantity of one (1) each; CLIN 0002 -- Tektronix AWG520 03 Add Ch2 DB out, 10 Bit Chain 2 Data Generator, Quantity of one (1) each; CLIN 0003 -- Wavewriter Software, Quantity of one (1) each. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE. Delivery point is FOB DESTINAT ION to Fort Monmouth, NJ, 07703, within 30 days from date of award. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
