Three year option: Item 1001, Annual Option 1 -- QTY: 50-150 ea. Item 2001, Annual Option 2 -- QTY: 50-150 ea. Item 3001, Annual Option 3 -- QTY: 50-150 ea. DEL 6 months after exercise of option. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
