Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure the following: (463 each) Eotech Holographic Sight Model 552A (no substitution), (463 each) Sure-Fire Millennium Light Model #M900A (no substitution), (463 each) 3 point tactical sling, made of 1" black Cordura to be affixed to the Colt M-4 Rifle with a collapsible stock. It must allow the weapon to be carried in a tactical firing position without removing the sling. Useable by both left and right handed operators, (463 each) Fold-down, popup rear sight design that affixes to the Colt M-4 receiver's Picatinny Rail, which may be used without removing optical a sight mount to knight armament rail system. It should have two apertures and full windage adjustment and use the standard A2 aperture. It must meet military specification 1913. Award will be made to the offeror meeting all specification listed above. This procurement will follow both commercial and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 and 13. All applicable FAR Part 12 clauses / provisions shall apply and form an integral part of the award. Awardee must complete a SF-3381 ACH Vendor/Miscellaneous Payment Enrollment form, for payment via electronic funds transfer. All interested parties must submit a quote within 5 days after date of publication. Award will be based on best value to the government. Quotes must include price and product literature information.
