Description
In the original synopsis/solicitation, the National Park Service stated there were four levels of hardware replacement entitlement depending upon the delivery options selected, with only two of the four identified. Please disregard the four levels and provide quotes for the two identified: SMARTnet 8x5xNext Business Day, Guaranteed delivery of hardware replacement parts the next business day, provided that the request is received before 3 p.m. local time, and SMARTnet 8x5x4, Guaranteed delivery of hardware replacement parts, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, within four-hour response time.
