Description

AMENDMENT NO. 01 -- 08/08/01 -- (a) The purpose of this Amendment is extend the Bid Opening Date of this Solicitation to September 6, 2001. Time and Place of opening remain unchanged. Remove original SF-1442 and replace with amended SF-1442. (b) Page 181, Section L, L.9 Pre-Bid/Pre-Proposal Conference (Feb 1988), (f) Date August 29, 2001, has been changed to August 21, 2001. Location remains the same. Remove original page 181, replace with amended page 181. (c) All other information, dates/times/clauses/provisions in the Solicitation remain unchanged. AMENDMENT NO. 02 -- 08/13/01 -- (a) This solicitation is changed as follows: Remove the Table of Contents from Section C and replace with the attached 2 pages, add sections 02923, 2 pages; section 08110, 3 pages; section 10670, 1 page; section 16721, 2 pages and delete Note 10 on page 11 and replace with the attached drawing, 1 page. The date and time of opening remains September 6, at 2:00 pm. (b) All other information, dates/times/clauses/provisions in the Solicitation remain unchanged. AMENDMENT NO. 03 -08/23/01 -- (a) This solicitation is amended as follows: Add SECTION 09720 -- WALL COVERINGS (Page 95A) to Specifications after SECTION 09680 CARPET and before SECTION 09902 INTERIOR PAINTS AND STAINS; in SECTION J PLANS and EXHIBITS (Under Separate Cover) remove Page 2 and insert AMENDED Page 2 , which shows that existing Radio Tower will remain; in SECTION J PLANS and EXHIBITS (Under Separate Cover) remove Page 14 and insert AMENDED Page 14, which shows existing 4" conduit. The date and time of opening remains September 6, at 2:00 pm. (b) All other information, dates/times/clauses/provisions in the Solicitation remain unchanged.
