Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Susitna Club St. Patricks Day Party to be held on March 17, 2002. We are seeking $200 for gift certificates and prizes for approximately 100-200 atendees. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsors will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than March 01, 2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Goverment. It does not obligate funds of the goverment.*****
