Description

We are soliciting for in kind donations for the Elmendorf Kashim Club Beach Party to be held on April 13, 2002. We are seeking sponsorship of $500 for prizes, gift certificates, decorations and other items regarding beach themes, and monetary donations to help off set the cost. We would accept all or part donation depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation of the sponsors will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than April 05,2002. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Goverment. It does not obligate funds of the goverment.*****
