Description

Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and other incidentals necessary to accomplishing a prototype watershed assessment of non market values associated with public lands managed by the Bureau of Land Management in the state of Wyoming using a contingent valuation methodology. The assessment will include all public land values and impacts when considering alternatives to season-long grazing on public lands. The study area will be in the Sweetwater Watershed Area but even though the study area focuses on this area, the process developed by this effort must be carefully documented and made transportable so it can be reproduced in other areas of Wyoming.
