Description

Shirt, Woman's, L/S, Poly/Ctn, AG-415, (Army). Specification CID-A-A 55283 dated 31 Aug 95, pattern date 21 Jul 99. NSN: 8405-01-415-1571(s). This will be an Unrestricted, Limited Best Value Acquisition. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract (IDTC). The base year is for a minimum of 32,750 each and a maximum of 54,550 each. There will be two one year term options. Delivery order 0001 will be for 13,650 each. There will be 3 deliveries on first delivery order. There will be approximately 4,550/month. The destination for delivery is the contractor's Bill & Hold location. Production lead time is 120 days after award. Evaluation factors are Product Demonstration Models (2), Experience/Past Performance, Manufacturing Plan, Bill & Hold, Socioeconomic Considerations, DLA Mentoring Business Agreement, and Javits-Wagner O'Day Act Entity Proposal. The technical proposal should include all above mentioned evaluation factors at the time of closing.
