Description

USACECOM Technology Applications Office intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to ITSpatial LLC, 6849 Old Dominion Drive, McLean, VA 22101. This acquisition is for computer based incident and mishap analysis, post mission debrief capability and Flight Operations Quality Assurance that is compatible with the existing Smith Industries on board flight data recorder and the visual databases from the SGI, IRIX based Lockheed Martin TopScene mission planning visual database applications and full flight simulators. ITSpatial shall provide a turnkey solution to the government by integrating the highly specialized commercial off the shelf software package such as FlightViz, from SimAuthor, with the apporpriate personal computer based graphics workstation hardware. The required delivery date of this solution is 15 Oct 01. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10USC2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Companies who believe that they can provide the above in the alloted delivery time must indicate their interest and capabilities within 7 daays of this advertisement.
