Construct Addition to Reserve Training Facility, Building 591, 165 day performance period. Performance period 165 days. Bid Opening Date: Tuesday, 25 Sep 01, 2:00PM Anticipated Award Date 30 Sep 01. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
