Description

The Department of the Navy, Southwest Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Diego, California, invites expression of interest and qualifications for the lease of seven parcels of land: Parcel 1 containing 31.80 acres; Parcel 2 containing 12.67 acres; Parcel 3 containing 15.61 acres; Parcel 4 containing 11.60 acres; Parcel 7 containing 7.64 acres; Parcel 11 containing 11.83 acres and Parcel 13 containing 12.40 acres at the Naval Base Ventura County, Construction Battalion Center, Port Hueneme, California. Use shall be restricted to light industrial and wholesale storage operations which shall include limited public access and minimal traffic. Leases for each parcel will cover a term of five (5) years. The Government will have the right to terminate the lease at any time subject to an equitable adjustment of any advance lease payments. Acceptance of expressions of interest and qualifications will conclude August 17, 2001.
