Description

It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine to negotiate on a sole source basis with Chemical Abstracts Services (CAS), STN -- Columbus, P.O. Box 82228, Columbus, Ohio. CAS. is the only know source to provide the Chemical Asbtracts 14th Collective Index on Microfilm. The proposed acquisition will be procured under FAR Part 13 -- Simiplified Acquisition. This notice of intent is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) available, however, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the NLM. Firms interested in responding to this notice must be able to provide the book as stated above. Responses should sufficiently demonstrate the firm's ability to meet the government's requirement.
