Description

Contractor shall provide the management, supervision, labor, subcontractor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective comletion of all described services. The contractor shall be fully responsible for providing customer service, custodial cleaning, quality control and all other services. The contractor shall determine how often the work is to be performed, required labor to perform the tasks, methods used to complete the job and shich supplies, material and equipment are needed. The contractor must have the ability to develop and describe, and as outlined in Exhibit 5 of solicitation, its exact plan and programs for the accomplishment of the work at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial, 823 A-F Hammonds Ferry Road, Linthicum, MD 21090. All work shall be performed between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Federal holidays are excluded, unless specifically approved or requested in advance by the COR. All work shall be performed during working hours noted above, not to extend beyond 6:00pm. The Government reserves the right, during the basic term of the contract or any follow-on period thereof, to require the contractor's performance at other than building occupant work hours (night cleaning). A supervisor and/or the on-site employee (alternate) shall be available during all times while work is in progress. Telephone numbers or pagers shall be furnished to the COR for use in contacting the supervisor should the need occur when the supervisor is not on the work site.
