Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to procure, on an unrestricted basis, mess attendant services. This work involves providing the managerial, administrative, supervisory, direct, and overhead personnel to perform wardroom dining room services and non-food preparation catering support at the United States Naval Academy (Midshipmen Food Service Division), Annapolis, Maryland. These services will be provided for approximately 4,100 midshipmen, plus supporting staff and approved guests. The service provider shall provide personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, and associated support. Midshipmen Food Service Division serves over 11,000 meals daily and caters more than 900 special events per year. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. The government will be considering past performance as an evaluation factor prior to contract award. The contract will cover a base year beginning on 01 October 2000 with four (4) one-year options.
