Description

THIS ACQUISITION IS SET ASIDE FOR INDIAN OWNED ENTERPISES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUY INDIAN ACT. The contractor will perform janitorial services for all buildings (9) on the Southwestern Indian Polytechnical Institute (SIPI), 9169 Coors Rd NW, Albuquerque NM, for a period of one year with four option years. Only official Native American Indian owned companies will be considered for the award. All responsible Indian owned companies may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
