Description

The Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Installation Steering Committee, the Army Training and Support Center, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky, are hosting an informative workshop that focuses on operations and environmental programs for sustaining military training lands and maintaining Army readiness. In addition to the main program of technical presentations at the workshop, there will be several specialized sessions including a one-day Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Workshop, a Range Training Lands Program(RTLP)session, a Land Condition Trends Analysis(LCTA) workshop, and individual Major Army Command(MACOM) meetings. The ITAM Workshop is being held August 27-31,2001 at the Nashville Conference Center in Nashville, Tennessee. The Workshop is a forum for the scientific exchange of technologies, ideas, experiences and lessons learned that relate to the application of Integrated Training Area Management(ITAM) on military training and testing land. There will be approximately 500 decision-makers representing government and industry attending the workshop. The workshop sponsors are seeking vendors to exhibit their products or services for three days during the Workshop, 27-29 August 2001. Vendors will have the opportunity to display at the conference center give live demonstrations of equipment at Fort Campbell on 30 august, or both. All vendor arrangements will be made through CALIBRE, the conference suport contractor.
