Description

The National Park Service, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, seeks interested and qualified parties with skills in appraisal of historic residence properties. Respondents should posess the capability to provide specific guidance on the development of an effective historic leasing program whereby the park can lease one or more of its several score National Registor of Historic Properties annually. The plan being sought must include an assessment of properties and a plan for marketing, advertising, leasing and managing historic properties.
