Description

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and office area for title services to be required to close the sale of the Canyon Ferry cabin sites located approximately 22 miles east of Helena, MT. Two line items to quote will be (1) title services for one lump sale, and (2) title services to close 265 individual cabin sales from approximately January 2002 until August 2005. Vendor must be licensed to conduct title work in the State of Montana.
