Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is F31610-02-Q-0013 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The NAICS code is 811219 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $5.0 Million for this acquisition. This action will be pursued on a restricted basis for small businesses. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment and all else necessary to Produce a video for MFH occupants at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The following provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors -- Commercial; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible offer whose proposal, conforming to this synopsis/solicitation, will offer the best value to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The listed FAR clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference.
