Description

Contractor to furnish all tools, equipment, labor and supervision to perform annual testing and repair of air-handling units at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center, 1481 W. 10th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46202, in accordance with the contract document and the statement of work. Contract period is 10/1/01 thru 9/30/02 with four (4) one (1) year option renewals. This is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS is 811310 -- size standard $5.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for solicitation must be in writing to the address listed above or faxed to (317) 554-0200. Solicitation packages shall be available on or about August 15, 2001.
