Description

The proposed procurement is for the Repair of Main Rotor Blades, CLIN: 0001 -- P/N: 369D21102-503, QTY: 14 Each, Condition Code: "F" Non-Torque; CLIN: 0002 -- P/N: 369D21102, QTY: 2 Each; and CLIN: 0003 -- P/N: 369D21102-517, QTY: 36 Each. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for Commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additonal information included in this notice. This announcement does not constitute the only solicitation. Proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued today 7 Aug 01. The solicitation number is RFQ USZA95-01-Q-0040. Any award resulting from this Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on a SF 1449A and will contain all clauses required by Law, The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award. The Government intends to procure through full and open competition. The desired delivery schedule is 45 working days after receipt of blade(s). A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract is contemplated. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. Firms that can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be available via EDI in the Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Contractor(s) must register in IBOP in order to be able to submit a proposal.
