Description

1. Currently, public access to DoD web sites is being denied due to various computer viruses. As a result, potential bidders are hereby notified that solicitation DAKF40-01-B-0006 for Army Oil Analysis Program (Regionalized) for Fort Bragg, Fort Drum, and Hunter Army Airfield, synopsized on 1 June 01, will also be made available to potential bidders electronically via e-mail request. Potential bidders are advised to continue attempting web site access at www.bragg.army.mil/www-doc/contractors/solicit.htm If Internet access to the web site is denied, potential bidders should contact MAJ Alex Lucas (lucasal@bragg.army.mil) or Virginia Salzman (salzmanv@bragg.army.mil)at 910-396-4362 extension 239 or 236 respectively to obtain a copy of the solicitation and any applicable amendments. The facsimile number is (910) 396-5603. The Army expects access to be restored promptly; however, it is the responsibility of the potential bidder to ensure they have a complete copy of the solicitation and all amendments prior to submitting a bid. All Site Visits are scheduled for 0900 the week of 13 August 01, beginning with Fort Bragg on the 13th, Hunter Army Airfield on the 14th, and Fort Drum on the 15th. Questions will be due NLT than COB on the 17th of August, 01. Potential bidders are encouraged to attend, and are instructed on how to register for attendance in the solicitation document. The hour and date for bid opening of this requirement is now 24 August 2001 at 13:00 Eastern Standard Time.
